Abstract:

Bullet Process conducted a feasibility study for the State Library determining the viability of an automated document management system. The initial study led to a follow-on implementation of an open source solution. This system preserved electronic state documents by automated the indexing process for state agency websites. As a result of the automation librarians are able to reduce the time it takes to find, index, and catalog public documents by 40%.

Abstract:

The Community Tracking System enabled the Massachusetts Office of Disabilities (MOD) to more effectively manage over 12,000 phone inquires per year relating to public building accessibility. Bullet Process's business process optimization reduced a task that would normally have taken 2 weeks down to 2 hours. Our approach integrated a mobile technology and electronic regulation system enabling field inspectors to assess on site and generate a findings report.

Abstract:

The DD Suite enabled the Massachusetts Developmental Disability Council (MDDC) to manage the full lifecycle of the grant process. The suite allows respective bidders to submit a Microsoft Word document containing their bid. Successful bids are then managed through a quarterly update process with bidders emailing programmatic and financial reports to the MDDC. The Council then has the capability of producing its own annual reports and federally compliant electronic reports for electronic submission.

Abstract:
DirectlyHome engaged Bullet Process to provide a complete order management solution for their product catalog. The system retreived order information from their ecommerce software, generated purchase orders, integrated with their accounting software, and allowed easy entry of sales, product, and specifications for over 1,000 products from multiple vendors.

Abstract:
Bullet Process provided a sweepstakes module allowing online entry and administration. The sweepstakes allowed users multiple chances to win as they could enter the sweepstakes and receive additional entries by emailing their friends. The module also included an administration capability to see real-time stats, download unsubscribe requests, and calculate the winners. (Note that the sweepstakes ended in October)

Abstract:
The system was the primary document retrieval system in a courtroom environment in a multi-million dollar lawsuit and included over 2,000 documents. It was built using custom technology based on the Microsoft Access database allowing full text keyword searches and document categorized based content. The original source documents were also stored electronically.

This project enabled a leading trade book retailer to categorize and effectively merchandise over 1 million books available on their website. A key project deliverable was an intuitive taxonomy allowed customers to find other selections based on their current place on the website. The site allows sub-second response to the entire product catalog.
